Trouble Shooting:

My air bed is loosing pressure and seems to have a leak, how can I find it?

Possible reason: Air is leaking from your product.

Solution:
First, make sure the pump switch is aligned properly to the “Off” position. Also make sure the simple SPS™ pump cap is fastened firmly. If leakage still persists, to find the leakage, first, inflate the air bed by following the instruction for inflation; apply liquid soap on suspected area of leakage either with a soft sponge or a squirt bottle. The effected area will bubble if there is a leak. (Laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent will not work; they do not have the “bubbling” effect).

The product seems to be loosing firmness, but I can’t find any leakage

Possible reason 1: Your air bed is made of heavy duty puncture resistance PVC. However, the material may stretch during first use and may need additional air to reach desired firmness.

Possible reason 2: Air inside your air bed may expand and contract with varying
temperatures potentially leading to reduced air bed pressure.

Solution:
If additional firmness is desired, you can increase the firmness of your air bed either with the simple SPS™ pump (SPS pump is optional) or the built-in electric pump. Follow all instructions and heed all warnings according to the respective operations manual.

Product is leaking air, how do I repair it?

Possible reason 1: Air is leaking from a tear in the product.

Solution:
If you have a puncture or tear in your airbed, it may be possible to repair the damage by using the repair batch included with your product. First, deflate the bed by following the instruction for deflation. Clean and repair the affected area thoroughly. Cut out a small piece of PVC patch material (included) into a size that will cover the punctured area. Apply the self-adhesive patch over the affected area by peeling off the backing and placing sticky side down on airbed. Rub patch to ensure adhesion. Allow at least four hours for repair to set before attempting to inflate the air bed.

Possible reason 2: Air is leaking from the inflation valve.

Solution:
To stop inflation valve from leaking air, make sure the valve cap is fastened firmly.

Possible reason 3: The OPTIONAL simple SPS™ pump cap is not fastened properly.

Solution:
If the SPS pump cap is not fastened properly, turn the pump cap clockwise and align to the “Close” position to maintain a positive seal.

Bed won’t inflate

Possible reason 1: The simple SPS™ pump cap is not fastened properly.

Solution:
If the SPS pump cap is not fastened properly, turn the pump cap clockwise and align to the “Close” position to maintain a positive seal.

	NOTE Air bed may stretch during first use and may need additional air to reach desired firmness. Air inside of bed may expand and contract with varying temperatures potentially leading to reduced air bed pressure. Your air bed is equipped with an electrically operated pump that plugs into any 110v outlet. A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of personal injury resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. The pump does not contain parts that can be repaired or serviced. Opening the pump case will expose you to electric shock. Charge only with the transformer provided with the pump.
