  Trouble Shooting:
  My product is loosing pressure and seems to have a leak, how can I find it?
  The product seems to be loosing firmness, but I can’t find any leakage

  NOTE
In case the pump overheats due to excessive continuous inflation/deflation, the power will automatically cut-off, the power indicator light will come on. The pump will reset and begin working within 30 minutes, at which time the power indictor light will go off.

Product may stretch during first use and may need additional air to reach desired firmness. Air inside of product may expand and contract with varying temperatures potentially leading to reduced product pressure.

Product will automatically maintain optimal chamber pressure; simply plug power supply cord into any 110v outlet to enable auto inflation feature.

  Cleaning
 
1. Clean product with soap and water or mild household cleaners. Do not use strong chemicals to clean your product.
2. To clean pump surface, gently wipe with dry towel.

  Care and Maintenance
 
1. For better protection of this product, never unfold or in inflate the product in temperatures below freezing.
2. Protect from contact with sharp objects and rough grounds.
3. When not in use, storage in a clean, dry place out of extreme temperatures.
4. In case of incidental damage to your product, a repair kit is included with each product. Please follow repair kit instructions carefully.

PUMP:

  Repairing (Repair Patch Included)
 
First, deflate the product by following the instruction for deflation. Clean and repair the affected area thoroughly. Cut out a small piece of PVC patch material (included) into a size that will cover the punctured area. Apply the self-adhesive patch over the affected area by peeling off the backing and placing sticky side down on the product. Rub patch to ensure adhesion. Allow at least four hours for repair to set before attempting to inflate the air product.

  Caution and Warning
 
It is your responsibility to read and always follow the safety, care and maintenance instructions for your air product. Always instruct and supervise others on the proper use, maintenance and safety of your product.

1. In case the pump overheats due to excessive continuous inflation/deflation, the power will automatically cut-off, the reset indicator light will come on. The pump will reset and begin working within 30 minutes, at which time the power indictor light will go off.
2. Use only under competent supervision. Use Jumping Castle only in areas free of obstruction and sharp objects. Do not use on or near balconies, stairways, windows or swimming pools. Do not use on concrete or other hard, unprotected surfaces. Keep away from fire. Do not use near open flames or space heaters. Use on a level, soft surface. Not for use in or near water or snow.
3. DO NOT over inflate.
4. DO NOT use as a flotation device.
5. DO NOT exceed 10 minutes of continuous inflation/deflation time, allow pump to cool off for 20 minutes before reuse.
6. Do NOT store your air product in extreme temperatures.
7. DO NOT drop or insert any object into any opening.
8. DO NOT operate the pump with air opening blocked. Keep air openings free of lint, hair, and other obstructions.
9. DO NOT obscure ventilation holes on pump.

  Pump Details
 
Your product is equipped with an electrically operated pump that plugs into any 110v outlet. A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of personal injury resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. The pump is thermally protected. The pump does not contain parts that can be repaired or serviced. Opening the pump case will expose you to electric shock.
