  My product is loosing pressure and seems to have a leak, how can I find it?
  The product seems to be loosing firmness, but I can’t find any leakage
  Product is leaking air, how do I repair it?

  NOTE
Product may stretch during first use and may need additional air to reach desired firmness. Air inside of product may expand and contract with varying temperatures potentially leading to reduced product pressure.

Your product is equipped with a rechargeable-battery operated pump that plugs into any 110v outlet. A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of personal injury resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord. The pump does not contain parts that can be repaired or serviced. Opening the pump case will expose you to electric shock.

Charge only with the transformer provided with the pump.

  Cleaning
 
1. Clean product with soap and water or mild household cleaners. Do not use strong chemicals to clean your product.
2. To clean pump surface, gently wipe with dry towel.

  Care and Maintenance

1. For better protection of this product, never unfold or in inflate the product in temperatures below freezing.
2. Avoid extensive exposure to the sun.
3. Protect from contact with sharp objects and rough grounds.
4. When not in use, storage in a clean, dry place out of extreme temperatures.
5. In case of incidental damage to your product, a repair kit is included with each product. Please follow repair kit instructions carefully.

PUMP:
1. For proper pump usage, it is recommended not to exceed 10 minutes of continuous inflation/deflation time.
2. Extreme high temperatures may reduce battery life; avoid storing your batteries in extreme high temperatures.
3. It is recommended to return the pump to its original position to prevent incidental damage to the pump during storage.

  Repairing (Repair Patch Included)
 
First, deflate the product by following the instruction for deflation. Clean and repair the affected area thoroughly. Cut out a small piece of PVC patch material (included) into a size that will cover the punctured area. Apply the self-adhesive patch over the affected area by peeling off the backing and placing sticky side down on product. Rub patch to ensure adhesion. Allow at least four hours for repair to set before attempting to inflate the product.

  Caution and Warning
 
It is your responsibility to read and always follow the safety, care and maintenance instructions for your product. Always instruct and supervise others on the proper use, maintenance and safety of your product.
   
1. Charge only with the transformer provided with the pump.
2. Plug into 120V AC electric outlet for power.
3. DO NOT charge the pump under temperature less than 41 ºF (0 ºC) or higher than 104 ºF (40 ºC).
4. To keep the battery at optimum operating condition, always store pump with a full charge, recharge the pump every one month even if it has not been used.
5. DO NOT over inflate.
6. DO NOT use as a life-saving device.
7. DO NOT exceed 10 minutes of continuous inflation/deflation time, allow pump to cool off for 20 minutes before reuse.
8. DO NOT store your product in extreme temperatures.
9. DO NOT drop or insert any object into any opening.
10. DO NOT operate the pump with air opening blocked. Keep air openings free of lint, hair, and other obstructions.
11. DO NOT obscure ventilation holes on pump.
