  My product is loosing pressure and seems to have a leak, how can I find it?
  The product seems to be loosing firmness, but I can’t find any leakage
  Product is leaking air, how do I repair it?
  Product won’t inflate

  NOTE
Product may stretch during first use and may need additional air to reach desired firmness. Air inside of product may expand and contract with varying temperatures potentially leading to reduced product pressure.

  Cleaning
 
Clean product with soap and water or mild household cleaners. Do not use strong chemicals to clean your product.

  Care and Maintenance
 
1. For better protection of this product, never unfold or in inflate the airproduct in temperatures below freezing.
2. Protect from contact with sharp objects and rough grounds.
3. When not in use, storage in a clean, dry place out of extreme temperatures.
4. In case of incidental damage to your product, a repair kit is included with each product. Please follow repair kit instructions carefully.

  Repairing (Repair Patch Included)
 
First, clean the affected area thoroughly. Cut out a small piece of PVC patch material (included) into a size that will cover the punctured area. Apply the self-adhesive patch over the affected area by peeling off the backing and placing sticky side down on product. Rub patch to ensure adhesion. Allow at least four hours for repair to set before attempting to inflate the product.

It is your responsibility to read and always follow the safety, care and maintenance instructions for your product. Always instruct and supervise others on the proper use, maintenance and safety of your product.
   
1. DO NOT use as a flotation device.
2. DO NOT use as a life-saving device.
3. DO NOT store your product in extreme temperatures.
4. Prevent any objects such as sand, small rocks to be sucked into the inflation valve while operating.
