Welding built for leak‑safe performance

HF/heat‑sealing of films and coated textiles, engineered for consistent strength, clean aesthetics, and repeatable throughput.

What we do

We design, weld, and validate air‑holding and structural seams for inflatable and soft‑goods products. From straight seams and darts to complex baffle patterns and gussets, we pair the right material stack‑up with purpose‑built electrodes and fixtures to deliver strength, aesthetics, and pressure retention—part after part.

Typical applications: air mattresses, inflatable furniture, learning‑to‑swim aids, SUP/kayak chambers and seats, bladders, covers, and multi‑material assemblies with molded parts or textiles.

DFM guidelines we apply

Tooling & fixtures

We build and maintain our own electrodes, nests, and alignment jigs. Each tool is proven with capability runs before release to production. Maintenance schedules and spares reduce downtime and keep weld profile and strength consistent over long runs.

Quality & testing

Leak‑safe performance is engineered and verified.

Lead times & engagement

We scope the electrode/fixture set with you, produce samples for sign‑off, and then ramp using a pilot build to confirm yield and takt. Typical timelines vary by seam complexity and volume; we’ll propose a detailed schedule with your RFQ.

FAQs

Which materials weld best?

PVC and TPU films are standard for air‑holding. Coated textiles and laminates can be designed for strong bonds with the right parameters and adhesives where required.

Can you integrate valves and molded parts?

Yes. We weld or mechanically integrate valves, fittings, and molded housings and can co‑develop the interface geometry.

Do you offer 100% leak testing?

For many air‑holding products, yes. We define the method (e.g., pressure‑decay) with you based on risk and volume.

How do you ensure consistency over long runs?

Tooled fixtures, controlled parameters, documented set‑ups, and scheduled tool maintenance—plus in‑line checks and periodic capability runs.
