Why NPI with us

Our NPI Framework

Each stage includes clear deliverables and a go/no-go decision before moving forward.

Typical Development Outputs

Depending on the project scope and development stage, our NPI process may generate:

Product Requirements

Clear product specifications, performance targets, and development objectives.

Design for Manufacturing (DFM)

Manufacturing reviews focused on reducing risk, improving efficiency, and optimizing cost.

BOM & Cost Analysis

Material structures, target costing, and value-engineering evaluations.

Prototype Planning & Testing

Prototype builds, testing cycles, and design evaluation summaries.

Validation & Compliance

Product testing, reliability verification, packaging, labeling, and compliance documentation.

Production Readiness

Tooling plans, quality controls, work instructions, and operator training preparation.

Launch Support

Production ramp-up tracking, supplier coordination, and launch readiness monitoring.

Post-Launch Improvement

Product updates, corrective actions, cost optimization, and future revision planning.

Built-in Quality & Compliance

Quality is embedded at every gate—design reviews, incoming/in-process controls, and final checks. Where product type requires, we perform Final Quality Control (FQC) with 100% functional and leak testing to ensure every unit works as intended. Retailer and regulatory compliance are mapped early and verified before launch.

FAQs

I only have a sketch, can we start?

Yes. We can help develop the product concept, define requirements, and evaluate feasibility before moving into design and prototyping.

Can you work with an existing design?

Yes. We can review your current design, identify manufacturing or cost risks, and integrate into the appropriate development stage.

Pilot builds at your site or ours?

Ours.  Pilot production is typically completed at our facilities using production-equivalent equipment to validate manufacturing performance and quality consistency.

How do you handle late changes?

We manage changes through a structured engineering change process that evaluates impact on cost, timeline, tooling, and quality before implementation.
